• Leading the customer journey at all times
• Be at the heart of the in-store experience.
• Able to shape how customers feel, how your team engages, and how the entire sales journey unfolds
• Every customer receives a warm, personal welcome
• Your team listens first, sells second, and builds genuine rapport
• Follow up with an effective aftercare program
• The sales process feels consultative, helpful, and never pressured
• Customers leave feeling confident, valued, and delighted with their experience
• Your store becomes known locally for outstanding service and expertise

You won't just manage performance – you'll coach your team to create moments that matter for customers.

You'll come from an assisted sales environment such as furniture, telecoms, fashion, homeware, or automotive, where customer interaction is at the centre of every sale.

• Basic salary between £60-70,000 DOE
