As a Store Manager at Iceland Foods you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This hands‑on role requires you to drive operational standards, deliver sales and manage an online home delivery service where applicable. You should be hard‑working, proactive, and capable of instilling our values in the team and store.

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of service and product presentation.
• Achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and development.
• Operate the online home delivery service, handling high‑volume digital operations where available.
• Communicate and promote Iceland’s values, ethics and charitable initiatives to the team and customers.

• Previous experience in retail store management or a related role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities.
• Experience with online delivery platforms or digital retail operations is an advantage.
• Proactive, hardworking and a strong advocate of the company’s values.
