Duties and responsibilties

Manage a caseload of youth justice cases, including both out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders, in compliance with the National Standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework.
Adopt a Child First, Offender Second approach to deliver effective support and interventions that help children and young people complete their disposals/orders and lead crime-free lives.
Maintain clear and effective communication with children, young people, their families, and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals involved.
Prioritize equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practices in all aspects of the work to ensure fair and inclusive support.
