Senior Outreach Worker role in Redbridge, London Borough of Redbridge, joins a dedicated street outreach service supporting rough sleepers.
Location:
Redbridge (Community Outreach).
Hours:
37.5 per week, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Contract:
Temporary. You will conduct street outreach, complete assessments, and provide ongoing case management, supporting clients into emergency and long-term accommodation, making referrals, and building relationships with health services, housing providers
