Join the Strategic Account Manager UK & Ireland role at Amcor.

As an Account Manager CP&S within Amcor Flexibles EMEA, you will drive growth and retention across UK and Ireland accounts, managing a diverse portfolio across Coffee, Petcare, and Specialty segments.

• Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans – Turn customer needs into actionable account strategies and implement aligned plans.
• Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships – Map key decision makers, engage stakeholders, and position Amcor as a trusted partner.
• Drive Business Growth Through Opportunity Identification – Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with Marketing and Business Development.
• Monitor Performance and Ensure Operational Excellence – Track account performance, take corrective actions, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable account plans and deliver results.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, matrix organization.
