Y3 Primary Teacher Permanent opportunity – Fantastic Junior School, DE7 Derbyshire

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our Junior school in DE7 Derbyshire on a Long term permanent basis, Monday 1st May 2026.

The role:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for a Y3 class.

Support and manage children with high SEND and behavioural challenges, promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and the wider school team to ensure each child makes progress.

Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches to suit individual needs.

Foster a safe, engaging, and motivating classroom environment.

Is passionate about inclusive education and working with children with high SEND and behaviour needs.

Has excellent classroom management skills and a calm, positive approach.

Can adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
