Position:
Team Member – Part Time – Ilkeston

Hours per week: 16

Pay rate: £12.84 – £13.84 per hour. Night rate (23:00–06:00): £13.84 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
  • Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive behaviour.
  • Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
  • Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
  • Deliver customer service in line with company standards, achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and in accordance with the complaints policy.
  • Interact with customers throughout the shift, intervene as appropriate, and log interactions in compliance with policy.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to.
  • Achieve, maintain and impart great product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
  • Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding.
  • Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination against employees, management or customers on the grounds of race, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passion for providing first‑class service.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexibility and dedication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Industry and compliance training will be given.
