* About the Role:

** Based in the
** Ilkeston and Long Eaton area**, this role is offered on a
** zero-hours
** contract to cover annual leave and sickness. Working hours would typically be
** 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:30pm**.
** Travel time from home to site and back will be paid, along with mileage expenses.
** You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients' environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming high-quality caretaking services to oversee light maintenance and cleanliness.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
* Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
* Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
* Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
