Electrical Supervisor; Water Treatment

Position: Electrical Supervisor (Water Treatment)
Are you an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor looking to take the lead on challenging and rewarding projects? We’re seeking a hands-on professional to manage electrical works across construction, new installations, and refurbishment projects in the water and wastewater sector.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead, manage, and motivate skilled site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

* Ensure full compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and all health & safety legislation.

* Oversee project quality, troubleshoot operational or emergency issues, and maintain high standards.

* Act as the key link between site teams, engineers, and project managers.

* Travel across regional sites to supervise varied and challenging environments.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven supervisory experience in utilities, water, or major construction projects.

* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems in water/wastewater operations.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in operational or emergency situations.

* Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and industry best practice.

Essential

Qualifications:

* ECS / JIB Gold Card (Supervisor)

* SSSTS Certification

* Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

* City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 & 2395 (Inspection & Testing)

* Full UK driving licence
