FLT Counterbalance Driver – B1
Ilkeston
£12.95 per hour + Holiday Pay
PAYE | Weekly Pay
ASAP Start – Ongoing Temp to Perm
Monday – Friday
6:00am – 2:00pm
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy waste management and recycling site in Ilkeston.
Key Duties:- Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT (up to 5 tonnes)
- Loading and unloading wagons and containers
- Moving waste and recyclable materials around the site
- Loading pallets, bins and materials for processing
- Moving materials into storage and processing areas
- Supporting general yard and recycling operations
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting defects
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
- Working in line with site health & safety procedures
- B1 Counterbalance ticket – up to and including 5 tonnes
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience essential
- Waste, recycling, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a busy outdoor yard environment
