Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our GXO Direct operation supporting Jellycat in Swadlincote
. In this role, you ll lead a team of operatives across key warehouse functions including picking, packing, goods in and despatch ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional service for our customer.

This is a full time, permanent role
, working a 5 on 2 off rotating shift pattern (05:30-14:00 / 13:30-22:00

We re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,741.40 per annum
, and 33 days annual leave

• Lead and support a team of operatives across multiple warehouse work streams
• Act as the first point of escalation for process, operational or staffing issues
• Coordinate daily tasks, balancing priorities across picking, packing, goods in and despatch
• Monitor KPIs, support performance improvement, and maintain high service levels
• Ensure H&S, quality, security and site procedures are consistently followed

• Strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced operation and adapt to changing priorities
• Confidence in leading, motivating and supporting teams
• Good numeracy, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Up to date knowledge of Health & Safety principles and warehouse best practice
