Warehouse Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast‑paced, multi‑user distribution centre supporting a major global brand at Groupe Seb in the West Hallam site. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high‑volume environment where you’ll lead from the front, develop people, and drive performance.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,266.55 plus a 7.5% shift allowance and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What

you’ll do on a typical day
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve daily operational and customer targets
  • Monitor performance, delegate tasks effectively and drive productivity across your area
  • Support colleagues with training and development to build capability and engagement
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety, compliance and safe systems of work
  • Act as a key point of contact for performance issues and customer communication
  • Track and report performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Previous experience within warehousing or logistics is essential
  • Experience leading teams or the ambition to step up into a Leader role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Confidence working with performance data and systems (WMS/SAP)
