Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator who enjoys working with modern CNC folding machinery and producing high-quality sheet metal components? As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting, programming, and operating CNC press brake machines to fold a wide range of sheet metal parts. This Press Brake Operator role involves working from engineering drawings, selecting the correct tooling, writing or editing programs, and ensuring folded components meet quality and tolerance requirements. Experience with Bystronic press brakes is ideal, although experienced Press Brake Operators from similar CNC folding backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Setting top and bottom tooling safely and accurately for each folding operation
• Downloading, selecting, and running CNC press brake programs
• Writing your own folding sequences when required
• Quality checking folded parts against drawings and job cards
• Correcting non‑conforming parts and maintaining consistent standards
• Handling parts safely, including use of lifting equipment and overhead crane
• Maintaining good housekeeping around the press brake and tooling areas
• Working closely with the fabrication team to meet daily production targets

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator within fabrication or manufacturing
• Ability to program and operate CNC press brakes confidently
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Happy to work an early or late shift
• Experience with Bystronic press brakes is highly desirable
• Good awareness of health and safety, quality, and production flow
• Reliable, detail‑focused Press Brake Operators looking for long‑term stability
