At Oxfam we sell curated, pre‑loved books and music, helping to empower communities worldwide. As a volunteer you will help turn these treasures into valuable resources for our customers and support Oxfam’s mission of creating a fairer world.

What you will be doing
  • Selecting, sorting, pricing and up‑dating donated stock.
  • Researching valuable and rare items.
  • Welcoming customers and handling transactions at the till.
  • Creating eye‑catching visual merchandises such as window and in‑store displays.
  • Photographing and listing items for the online shop.
  • Occasionally lifting boxes (safe working environment and training included).
The skills you need
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Team‑oriented and willing to collaborate.
  • Knowledge or interest in books or music.
  • Full training provided – no prior experience required.
