Senior Accounting Manager – Client Advisory Services

Our client is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to join its Client Advisory Services team. This role supports a range of small and mid sized businesses and is ideal for candidates with public accounting experience and strong client facing skills.

Salary: $100K-$125K plus bonus (negotiable).

• Manage day to day accounting and finance operations for multiple clients within a shared services environment.
• Review monthly financial statements and complete variance and budget analysis.
• Translate financial data into clear insights that support leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency.
• Work within the firm’s technology stack and recommend additional tools or integrations that support a more efficient month end close.
• Develop and document repeatable methodologies, templates, and tools used across client engagements.
• Lead assessments, implementations, and onboarding for new clients.
• Establish processes that ensure exceptional client service.
• Support business development through lead generation, client expansion, and proposal preparation.
• Use technology to streamline internal and client accounting workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, advanced degree preferred.
• CPA or CPA eligible.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with M&A accounting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver a high level of client service.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
