Location: Sandwich

- Franchise Location role at H&R Block.
** Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
- Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
- Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:
**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reading and math skills required to complete the tax return interview.
- Effective communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
- Additional state and local requirements may apply.
** Preferred:**
- Additional coursework in math, accounting, or finance.
** Compensation:**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, and others.
