Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Accounting Consultant. This role requires on-site presence three times per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $40 to $60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Full cycle general ledger accounting including display expertise with month end close.

Perform detailed accounting tasks, including prepaids, accruals, and journal entries.

Utilize ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Assist in preparing month end close and financial documents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various accounting initiatives and projects.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle accounting.

Proficiency in major ERP systems is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $40-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
