Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm, in Goodfield, IL and is ONSITE ONLY.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication with factories and dissemination of information to multiple departments
  • Coordinate with the team to compile necessary data for reports
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Correspond on behalf of the Executive team via phone, chat, email and written communication
  • Business errands or other outside assignments as needed
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
