Overview
Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. You’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, helping others and building client relationships that grow stronger each year.
What you'll do- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
