What you’ll do- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Qualified associates can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage, participate in the 401(k) plan, the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive the Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
