Job Description

The Communications Assistant will support the development and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, preparing materials for clients, and assisting with day-to-day communication tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, and ready to contribute to an environment where accuracy and clarity are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of communication materials, briefs, reports, and presentations.

  • Support the coordination of internal and external messaging to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Conduct basic research to strengthen communication strategies and client deliverables.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit content for various company projects.

  • Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and communication logs.
