Admissions Assistant – Future Care Associates, Inc.
Join Future Care Associates as an Admissions Assistant to coordinate administrative details for resident admissions under the direction of the Admissions Director.
OverviewAt Future Care, our Admissions Assistants manage the administrative details that are part of coordinating admissions into our facility to ensure a smooth transition for our residents. Under the direction of the Admissions Director, they complete all clerical documents for admission, including contracts, arbitration agreements, and other required paperwork.
Responsibilities- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
- Check room readiness to confirm admission suitability.
- Assist the Admissions Director with all pre‑admission paperwork.
- Adhere to Future Care’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and Corporate Compliance Plan.
- Help the Admissions Director prepare daily and monthly reports as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate appropriately to families, residents, physicians, and referral sources.
