As an Administrative Logistics Clerk, you'll provide vital support to streamline warehouse and transportation operations. You'll work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely processing and organization of documentation that keeps operations running smoothly.
What You'll DoAs an Administrative Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Filing documents within the company's system to ensure organized record-keeping
• Handling billing and payment processing to support financial operations
• Answering inbound phone calls from vendors, drivers, and team members
• Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support daily logistics activities
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1-3 years minimum experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office programs
• Experience processing payments and invoices
• A High School diploma or equivalent
