Snr. Admin Asst. w/ Project Mgmt. Exp. for Lake Bluff Offices
Our client, a very busy and growing company with an office in Lake Bluff, IL is looking to hire an experienced full-time Snr. Admin. Asst. with project management experience. The client is specifically seeking a candidate with operating system (OS) experience.
· This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, working between the hours of (8:00am to 5:00pm) for a total of 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
· Must be reliable, proactive, and be capable of being productive while working independently with limited supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative office clerical support and assist with the completion of company projects to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of recent admin office support & project completion experience is required.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
· At least 1 year of (OS) experience is required.
· The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has exceptional organizational skills and great time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
· Positive, approachable, and an excellent communicator.
· A detail-oriented candidate who follows instructions carefully and completes tasks
· Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
· Being bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus, but not required.
· Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
