Motor Werks is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Honda Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our dealership, the Sales Consultant will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect Honda vehicle to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive needs, including selecting, test driving, and purchasing Honda vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Showcase the features and benefits of Honda vehicles and explain financing options, warranties, and other services.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about Honda products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

$60,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary dependent on performance. No cap on commissions.
