As the Automotive Sales Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience in automotive sales management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targets
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with automotive sales management software and CRM systems
