Tire Technician

About the role

Tire Technician at Belle Tire keeps customers moving by providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations. The role thrives in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment where quality and customer service are paramount.

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Maintain high‑quality, safety standards by cleaning hubs, wheels, and accessories for corrosion
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations to customers
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Minimum age 18
• Valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Customer‑first mindset

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

• Stand for prolonged periods and bend or lift up to 75 pounds

Based in a tire and automotive service retail store. Work schedule includes Monday through Saturday with possible overtime. Fast‑paced workshop setting with extended standing and heavy lifting.

$15.00 – $17.50 per hour
