Top performers earn $120,000–$150,000+ annually.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist premium customers
- Write and manage repair orders
- Present estimates and service recommendations
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maximize customer pay, maintenance penetration, and repair order value
- Uphold CSI and dealership standards
- Automotive dealership service advisor experience
- Highline or luxury dealership background
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional dealership‑approved attire required.
- Commission‑based with performance incentives
- Top performers earn $120,000–$150,000+
