FS Depot has an immediate opening for a Product Content Specialist based at our University Park, Illinois facility. This role will be responsible for photographing, weighing and measuring FS Depot’s parts inventory to create a database of images and product attributes for use by ESG dealers as they develop dealer websites. Work with internal stakeholders periodically to develop new parts promotions.

Work with the ESG Aftermarket marketing group to produce marketing and sales collateral.

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality parts images suitable for web and print material production
  • Record product dimensions and weights and input data to ERP for eventual upload to PIM
  • Upload parts images and associated attributes to the ERP (JD Edwards) and to the Product Information Management (PIM) system
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to present product features effectively and allow effective PIM searches
  • Collaborate with ESG sales and marketing teams to develop new promotions aligned with market trends
  • Gather input from Regional Parts Sales Managers on new sales and promotional initiatives
  • Curate and manage a promotional calendar to coordinate promotions with dealers throughout the year
  • Act as the main point of contact for FS Depot for PIM-related questions and issues for dealers and internal customers
  • Implement quarterly parts marketing meetings with the FS Depot Sales Manager and representatives from ESG-supported companies (Elgin/Vactor/Trackless/Guzzler/Westech/Jetstream) to identify new parts sales and promotional opportunities
  • Execute other parts marketing tasks as required
  • Travel up to 5%
  • Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, digital marketing or a related field
  • Entry level, 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of photography and digital camera settings to achieve the highest quality photos
  • ERP/JD Edwards data entry preferred
  • Prior experience working with a PIM
  • Prior experience using Power Automate or similar software to automate tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Anticipated Annual Salary

$44,311 - $63,302 + annual bonus
