Location: Manhattan
Hours
Full time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
Classroom:
Infants
- Be a consistent, loving caregiver so each baby builds a strong bond with a familiar face
- Follow each infant's own feeding and nap schedule, working closely with parents
- Bottle feed, diaper, and comfort babies with patience and warmth
- Follow safe sleep practices every nap, every time
- Plan daily tummy time, sensory play, songs, stories, and floor play that support motor, language, and social-emotional growth
- Share daily updates with families on feedings, diapers, naps, and those special little moments
- Keep your classroom clean, safe, and sanitized
You're at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and you meet one of the following:
- 60 semester hours (or 90 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, or
- 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of college credit, including at least 6 semester hours (9 quarter hours) in child care or child development, birth to age 6, plus one year (1,560 hours) of experience in a licensed child care center, nursery school, or kindergarten, or
- A CDA (Child Development Associate), CCP (Certified Childcare Professional), or Gateways ECE or Infant Toddler Credential Level 3 or higher

- Have a calm, nurturing presence (babies can tell!)
- Enjoy spending your day on the floor, rocking, holding, and playing
- Communicate warmly with parents, especially first-time families
- Are a team player who is reliable and ready to grow
- Infant or toddler experience is a big plus!
