Overview
Fabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH) is seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role will support our diverse portfolio of restaurant brands through design work that spans social media, digital content, print collateral, menus, signage, and
web assets
.
We are looking for someone who is not only design-savvy but also understands the fast-paced world of hospitality and how to translate brand identity into engaging visual content across multiple channels.
Location: Lake Zurich, Barrington, Glenview IL (Hybrid, with travel to restaurant locations as needed)
Digital & Social Media Design
Create engaging graphics, motion posts, and edited content tailored for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, and paid media campaigns.
- Repurpose video/photo content into dynamic social templates, stories, and reels.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Print & Restaurant Marketing Assets
Design menus, promotional flyers, posters, table tents, and event collateral for restaurant locations.
- Work with restaurant teams to ensure print assets are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline.
- Manage production and file preparation for print vendors.
Branding & Signage
Support branding development for new concepts, including logo applications, signage, and environmental graphics.
Update and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across the FVH portfolio.
Web & Digital Design
Design website graphics, landing pages, and email campaign assets.
Work with the marketing and web team to ensure digital experiences are visually aligned with each restaurant brand.
Collaboration & Project Management
Partner with the Director of Marketing, Social Media Managers, Videographers, and Photographers on campaigns.
- Balance multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, and brand storytelling.
2–4 years of professional design experience (hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, or agency preferred) with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
Strong understanding of design for both digital (social, web, ads) and print (menus, signage, collateral). Experience with basic web/UX design and content management systems (Word Press, Squarespace, or similar).
Ability to edit and adapt content for short-form video/social is a plus.
Strong typography, layout, and brand development skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends for activations.
Portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding work required.
