Hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 11:30AM - 8:00PM
Saturdays: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Days Off Work:
Sun and Fri
Location: North Shore Care Supply, a fast‑growing medical supply company in Libertyville/Green Oaks.
Responsibilities: Assist customers over the phone, email, and Live Chat; enter orders; and perform other general duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Positive attitude, strong communication and computer skills, detail oriented, good listener. Must possess advanced PC/Windows skills, including Word and Excel, internet skills, and typing ≥ 60 wpm. Preference for medical billing, inside sales, college education, database experience (Access, SQL), and bilingual Spanish/English. Must be available for the listed hours.
