Job OverviewOur client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service II – Bilingual to join their Customer Support Department supporting global HR service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities- Resolve customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses across multiple contact channels.
- Collaborate with HR service teams worldwide to drive issues to resolution efficiently and effectively.
- Identify at‑risk customer relationships and initiate compassionate corrective actions, utilizing available tools and resources.
- Gather and leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and team development.
- Maintain high standards for schedule adherence and reliability while managing complex queries related to HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with HR systems like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to seasonal overtime demands.
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities.
