Customer Support Representative who gets a kick out of turning a customer’s “uh-oh” into “wow, that was easy.”

• Answer product, order, and shipping questions by email (Help Scout), phone, and live chat
• Deliver fast, helpful answers that leave customers smiling

• Sort out incorrect returns and get things back on track
• Issue refunds when needed
• Work with Amazon and other marketplace reps to resolve cases

• Create labels for replacement parts
• Cancel orders before they ship when needed
• Ship and test replacements so customers get exactly what they need

• Monday – Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 10 am - 7 pm
• Every 9th Saturday:8 am – 4 pm
