We’re looking for a Professional Services Representative who can:

  • Provide courteous, professional, and confidential service to dental professionals primarily by telephone but also by written communication. This position spends most of the time servicing and supporting dental professionals and dental offices.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with dental offices by providing ongoing education, policy guidance, and resources that support provider success, compliance, and long‑term engagement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for provider inquiries, conducting proactive outreach to address issues, clarify policies, and strengthen long‑term relationships across the network(s). Function as subject‑matter expert to increase network growth, promote network retention, and relationship development to align with enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Act as point of escalation to resolve complex provider issues that were unable to be resolved through typical service channels.
  • Maintain and validate accurate provider demographic data within the core benefit administration system and various provider databases, supporting reporting, network recruitment, retention and enterprise initiatives.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to contractual agreements, bylaws, and organizational policies by providing clear communication, monitoring compliance, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Research, collect, and analyze provider data to identify trends, recurring challenges, and service gaps; recommend process enhancements that improve both provider experience and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider operations, network development, healthcare administration, or a related field, preferably in health or dental insurance.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with providers, dental office staff, and internal stakeholders to align with strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to educate, guide and influence others.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with proven ability to exercise independent judgement on complex issues.
  • Experience with data analytics to monitor and track key performance metrics, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
