Smile Jobs is partnering with Maple Park Dental Care in their search to find a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join their established and growing practice!

Maple Park Dental Care is known for its compassionate team, loyal patient base, and commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a supportive environment with clinical independence and opportunities for growth.

Schedule: Part time, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm one Saturday a month 7am-1pm

• Well-established general dental practice with strong patient flow
• Mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients (no Medicaid)
• Modern facility with digital technology, including intraoral scanners and digital X-rays
• Collaborative and experienced support team
• Located in Naperville, IL, serving a tight-knit community with small-town charm
• Comprehensive general dentistry – crowns, fillings, extractions, hygiene checks, etc.
• Mentorship and clinical collaboration available from experienced doctors
• Competitive compensation – daily minimum guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)
• Potential for future partnership or ownership for the right candidate

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Compassionate approach to patient care
