As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic).

We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy, the Graphic Designer will support the development of visual assets across a variety of channels, producing high-quality static and motion-based creative that aligns with brand standards. The role is primarily hands‑on, translating briefs, concepts, and feedback into polished, executable designs. They bring fresh ideas to the table, offering creative solutions that enhance the impact and clarity of each project.

The Graphic Designer works closely with the Creative Manager and cross‑functional partners to ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and visually consistent. The role requires strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast‑paced environment.

This role is based in the Naperville, IL office. A regular in‑office hybrid model (generally Tue‑Thu in office, Mon & Fri remote) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.

• Execute high‑quality design work – including static graphics, motion graphics, and digital assets – across multiple brand touchpoints.
