Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call, 3 days a week preferred (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 8:15-4:45
• Practice Setting: inpatient, outpatient, Telehealth
• Type of cases: Primarily outpatient seeing approximately 16 patients per day mix of new and established. Mix of hematology and oncology
• Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support
• Licensure required: Illinois / Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
