• Location: Peoria Heights, IL
• Start Date: 30-90 days
• Position Type: Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient, Urgent Care-like setting
• Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8a to 6p, Saturday 9a to 4p
• Call: No call responsibilities
• Patient Load: 20-25 patients per day | Includes Primary Care, Occupational Health, DOT Physicals & Walk Ins
• EMR: Epic
• Additional Info: Growing practice with a Physician and APP.
• Job Requirements: Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine-trained and MROCC.
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience
