- Types of Cases: CT, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, X‑ray, IR
- Credentialing: 90 days
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be Board Certified in Radiology
- Licensure: Illinois
