Mercy One Genesis Silvis Rheumatology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist for a full-time opportunity in Silvis, IL. The practice offers autonomy to build your schedule within an employed group, with a two-year guaranteed compensation of $350k and a shift to a wRVU-based model thereafter.
In addition, a $120k recruitment incentive, relocation up to $15,000, and generous PTO plus CME support are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and loan-forgiveness eligibility.
