St. Francis Hospital is seeking a Chief of Anesthesia to practice in a highly autonomous environment with a blended team model. The role offers a diverse case mix allowing the utilization of regional anesthesia skills, supported by a cohesive group. Clinicians will work within a Catholic not-for-profit health care facility affiliated with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $520K
- Sign-on bonus: $50K
- Variable chief stipend: $30K

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
