Allergist Physician

Allergy & Asthma Physicians was started in 1996 by Mark C Jacobson, MD. We are focused on patient education, and personalized treatment plans that improve quality of life. The practice values professionalism, integrity, and a respectful, environment for both patients and staff.

This is a full-time, on-site Physician role located in Hinsdale, IL. The Physician will evaluate and manage patients with allergy, asthma, and immunologic conditions through comprehensive histories, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. The Physician will collaborate with other clinicians and staff, participate in care coordination with referring providers, and contribute to quality improvement and practice development activities.

• Current Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program (Internal Medicine or Pediatrics);
• Fellowship training in Allergy/Immunology .
• Current board certification or board eligibility in Allergy/Immunology.
• Proven clinical skills in diagnosing and managing allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Effective collaboration with nurses, administrative staff, and referring clinicians.
• Accurate documentation practices, and adherence to regulatory, safety, and privacy standards.
• Demonstrated skills to balance clinic schedules, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities.
• Willingness to participate in quality improvement efforts, CME, and adoption of best practices.
