An exciting opportunity is available for a Chief of Anesthesia to practice in a highly autonomous environment ncis Hospital. The role features a blended team model with physicians and CRNAs sharing call and providing hands-on anesthesia care for a diverse case mix. St. Francis Hospital is a Catholic, fully licensed and accredited not-for-profit health care facility affiliated with the Hospital Sisters Health System.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $520,000
- Sign on Incentive: $50,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
