Hospital Information

We are a critical access hospital and group of rural health clinics, butmuch larger in scope and size than typical rural organizations. We have cutting-edge technology, new offerings for the communities we serve, strong specialty and primary care support, and still have the small-town approach and values that make our organization so special. In 2024/2025, we completedmajor renovations to our Emergency Department, added primary care clinicsin Tilton and Marshall, Illinois, and expanded physical therapy services into Terre Haute, Indiana.

Behavioral Health Information

• We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible
  Psychiatrist who is licensed in Illinois to join our growing team.
• This role will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide rangeof mental health and behavioral disorders, manage medication regimens,provide psychotherapy, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and clinical interviews foradult and/or adolescent patients.
• Formulate, implement, and adjust individualized treatment and medication management plans.
• Monitor treatment efficacy, side effects, and patient progress toward recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
• Collaborate closely with licensed therapists, social workers, and medical staff in a team-based environment.
• Provide collaboration for behavioral health Advance Practice Providers.

Salary range:$280-$400K, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the potential to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
