Key Responsibilities- Student shepherding through academic and character development
- Faculty culture, evaluation, and mentorship
- Curriculum strategy implementation
- Parent communication and family engagement
- Co-leadership with other administrators in school wide policies and events
- Collaboration with the broader classical Christian education movement
