NOW HIRING! PART-TIME COACHES (4-16 HOURS/WEEK)

We are seeking passionate individuals to work with children ages 2-8 years old in an energetic and fun environment. Soccer Shots® is a continually growing program with a strong curriculum and a team of coaches dedicated to impacting the lives of children. Join our team and enjoy rewarding, meaningful work with professional development and advancement opportunities.

Sessions are held in community centers, preschools, and daycares across the DuPage County area from winter to fall seasons, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Responsible: Ability to arrive on time, manage groups of 5-10 children, and communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leaders.
  • Professional: Clean appearance and courteous interactions with parents and staff at both public and private sites.
  • Experienced: Proven experience engaging and leading young children; soccer experience is a plus but not required.
  • Creative: Comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children.
  • Clear Background: Must pass a background check and be fingerprinted/undergo a medical exam in accordance with DCFS standards.
  • Reliable transportation and daily internet access with a phone/computer.
Coaching Program Overview
  • All coaches must complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification.
  • Coaches are trained in developmentally appropriate techniques and undergo ongoing evaluation and training.
  • Our program is guided by childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and licensed soccer coaches.
