We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Freelance-Child Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children of ALL ages, including preschoolers empowering them to reach their full potential.

• Provide guidance and support to youth in various areas such as education, behavior management, and social skills.
• Develop and implement individualized plans to help each child achieve their goals.
• Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a positive role model.
• Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting healthy communication among youth.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the holistic well‑being of the youth.

• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or childcare settings.
• Knowledge of special education, child welfare, social work, or behavioral health principles.
• Strong mentoring and conflict management skills.
• Ability to educate and empower youth to make positive choices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Must have the ability to be friendly, outgoing, an effective ongoing communicator with the clients; play therapist experience is a plus.

College Degree Preferred or in progress.

Job Types: Part‑time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $17.93–$19.00 per hour to start

Expected hours: 18–20 per week, but can be more depending upon client needs.

Monday: 7:15 AM–12:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Monday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Wednesday: 7:15 AM–12:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Wednesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Friday: 7:15 AM–12:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Friday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (Flexible based on client needs)
