Role: We are recruiting for a variety of roles in the Health & Care department, specifically in the following areas:
- Health & Social Care (Nursing)
- Health & Sport Sciences
- Health & Technical Education
Whether you have extensive teaching experience or none at all, we encourage you to apply.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Lecturers:
Deliver engaging lessons in Health, guiding students through the curriculum, while providing the support and motivation they need to succeed academically. - Programme Leads:
Oversee the successful delivery of Health programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. This role involves leading a team of educators and supporting students throughout their academic journey. - Curriculum Managers:
Design and manage innovative, inclusive Health curriculum content that aligns with the needs of learners, ensuring a balanced and enriching learning experience.
Desired Qualifications And
Experience:
- A strong background in a Health & Care based role, with experience teaching A-Level or GCSE (or equivalent).
- Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, Cert Ed, or similar) and a passion for education.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, particularly for Programme Lead and Curriculum Manager roles.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
