We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced part-time Children's Gymnastics Instructors to join our dynamic team! This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in children’s lives while having fun, staying active, and growing in your career. We are not hiring for summer-only positions; we are looking for individuals who can make a longer-term commitment.

• Lead fun, structured, and engaging gymnastics classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years old, focusing on skill development, confidence-building, and teamwork.
• Encourage and motivate students to try new skills in a safe, supportive environment.
• Create an exciting learning atmosphere using our proprietary curriculum while incorporating creative lesson plans and imaginative play.
• Ensure child safety by properly spotting skills, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized gym environment.
• Engage with parents to provide feedback, progress updates, and build relationships that foster a strong community.
• Collaborate with team members to bring energy and enthusiasm to every class and event.
• Participate in special events, birthday parties, and seasonal camps to bring The Little Gym magic to even more children.

• Teaching or coaching
  experience in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, or dance.
• A passion for working with kids and a strong understanding of child development.
• Energetic, fun-loving, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• A team player who is coachable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to spot and demonstrate basic to intermediate gymnastics skills (cartwheels, handstands, bridges, rolls, walkovers, etc.).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

• Pay: $15-19/hour (dependent on experience);
  Part-time Hours (Must be available evenings and weekends)
